Prior to becoming Realtor, Charlie was a developer, heavily involved in buying and flipping properties. Seeing the community become a more prosperous environment led him to the decision to become an agent. Having vast knowledge of various communities and neighborhoods, he wanted to be more hands on in the field.
Charlie values building close relationships and communication with people, and making a sale is just the cherry on top.
